As some of you have heard, for the last several months my wife Carmen and I have been first investigating and then applying for membership with Serving in Mission. As of Friday morning, we have been accepted as candidates by the Canadian Candidate Review Committee. We plan to attend Candidate Orientation in Toronto this July (sorry, this means I won't get to see any of you who may be at Internationals!), and we are hoping to be able to finish the remaining requirements to be able to take our final membership interviews in early October. If everything goes as we hope, we will begin the process of raising our support after being accepted as members in October, and will eventually be moving to Toronto to serve in the SIM Canada office in the communications department. We would appreciate your prayers as we prepare ourselves for this major transition, and particularly that we will be able to find the time to complete our required medical questionnaires and doctrinal papers.

 I hope and expect to be continuing to maintain the Quizhelper resource site after we join SIM, but if this is not feasible, I will be making arrangements to ensure that it continues under new management.
