As of today, I have reformatted the subscription form to eliminate some of the problems being experienced with seeing the form in Internet Explorer. The forms have now been tested and are no longer hidden under other page elements.

As well, I have relaxed some of the checking for duplicate email addresses and names which were causing problems for some people trying to renew their accounts. This was especially problematic for anyone with two accounts with the same name and/or email address, such as a church account and a district account.
